1.Who we are and what this covers
GrowthCo LLC (“GrowthCo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a web-design agency. We operate an AI assistant called the GrowthCo Concierge that replies to messages people send to our business account on Instagram Direct.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the Concierge collects when you message us, how that information is used and shared, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to your interactions with our Instagram messaging concierge and to any purchase you make with us after that conversation.
2.How the concierge works
The Concierge is an inbound-only assistant. It only responds to people who message our business account first, and only within the 24-hour customer-service window that Instagram provides for replying to an inbound message. We do not use it to send unsolicited or cold outreach.
Within that conversation, the Concierge answers questions about our services, helps you compare our web-design packages, and can offer to book a call with our team.
3.Information we collect
When you message us on Instagram, we receive and process:
- Your Instagram-scoped user ID — an identifier Instagram assigns for your conversation with our business. It is specific to our business and is not your public Instagram handle.
- Your message content — the text you send, and the fact that you sent media (such as an image) or reacted to a story, so the Concierge can respond appropriately.
- Timestamps — when messages are sent and received.
- Derived conversation state — information the Concierge infers from your messages to hold a useful conversation, such as which web-design package appears to interest you and what stage the conversation has reached.
If you decide to purchase, we collect the details needed to complete checkout: your name, your business name, and your email address.
We do not ask for, and the Concierge is not designed to collect, sensitive personal information. Please do not send payment card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, or health information through Instagram Direct.
4.How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Reply to your messages and answer your questions;
- Help you compare our web-design packages and find the right fit;
- Offer to schedule, and help you book, a call with our team;
- Maintain the context of your conversation so the Concierge's replies stay relevant;
- Complete your purchase and provide the services you buy, if you choose to proceed; and
- Keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet our legal and platform obligations.
We do not use the information from your Instagram messages to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it. See section 6.
5.How your messages are processed (AI)
The Concierge's replies are generated by an AI model that runs on Cloudflare Workers AI — Cloudflare's own hosted AI platform. Your message content is processed by that model in order to produce a response.
Your messages are not sent to any third-party AI API such as OpenAI or Anthropic. The AI processing happens within the Cloudflare platform that also hosts our service.
6.How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the service providers (subprocessors) that make the Concierge work, and only for the purposes below:
- Meta / Instagram — the messaging platform. Your messages reach us, and our replies reach you, through Instagram's messaging service, which is operated by Meta.
- Cloudflare — our hosting and infrastructure provider. Cloudflare provides the compute (Workers), database (D1), and key-value storage (KV) that run our service, and hosts the Workers AI model that generates the Concierge's replies. Your message content and conversation state are processed and stored on Cloudflare.
- Stripe — our payment processor. If you make a purchase, Stripe processes your payment at checkout. We use Stripe only for payments.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or GrowthCo.
7.How long we keep your information
We keep your conversation data for as long as needed to provide and improve the Concierge service, and to meet legal, security, and record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time — see section 9 and our Data Deletion Instructions.
8.Your privacy rights
Depending on the privacy laws that apply to you — including frameworks such as the CCPA and the GDPR — you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date;
- Delete your personal information;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (note: we do not sell or share your information for advertising); and
- Withdraw consent or object to certain processing, where that right applies.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at richardgrowthco@gmail.com or send a request through the same Instagram account you messaged. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your identity — for example, by confirming the Instagram account the request relates to — before we act on a request.
9.How to delete your data
You can ask us to delete your information in two ways:
- Email richardgrowthco@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”; or
- Send a message to the same Instagram business account you contacted, asking us to delete your data.

10.Children's privacy
The GrowthCo Concierge is a service for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us at richardgrowthco@gmail.com and we will delete it.
11.Meta Platform compliance
Information we obtain through the Instagram messaging API is used solely to provide the GrowthCo Concierge service described in this policy. We handle it in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and we do not use it for any purpose those policies prohibit.
12.How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to it to what is needed to run the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13.Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here, so please check back periodically.
