Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the information the GrowthCo Concierge holds about you at any time. Here is exactly how.

What you can have deleted

When you message our business on Instagram, the GrowthCo Concierge stores information tied to your conversation — your Instagram-scoped user ID, your message content, timestamps, and the conversation state it derives (such as which package interests you). If you made a purchase, we may also hold the name, business name, and email you gave at checkout. You can request deletion of all of this. Choose one of two ways to request deletion

Both methods reach the same place. Pick whichever is easier for you.

Option 1

Email us

  1. Send an email to richardgrowthco@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
  3. In the message, tell us the Instagram username (handle) you used to message us, so we can locate your conversation and confirm the request is yours.
  4. Optionally add any detail that helps us find your data (for example, roughly when you messaged us). Then send the email.

Option 2

Message us on Instagram

  1. Open the same Instagram Direct conversation you had with our business account.
  2. Send a message that says you want your data deleted — for example, “Please delete my data.”
  3. Because the message comes from your own Instagram account, we can match it to your conversation. We may ask a brief question to confirm the request before we act on it.

What happens next

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.
